Events held by wards and cities in Tokyo often take place at community facilities or parks with little parking. These listings carry a note on parking or car access in the official page, as of 2026-10-18 (in Japanese on the listing):

• Flea Market in Takaido (Suginami): held indoors, in a lecture room on the 3rd floor of the center. Visitors cannot come by car.
• Edogawa Recycle World IN Tobu: please refrain from coming by car.
• Tamagawa Cleaning Plant Environment Fair 2026 (Ota): please refrain from coming by car.
• Kinshi Park Flea Market (Sumida): please refrain from parking on the street near the venue.

Public transport is the safer choice. For the access information of each event, see its listing. “TBC” means the official page did not give it.
